Balance and Backswing

The backstroke to the top is the single most important factor in setting up what happens during the transition. If you are off plane or have faulty body motions to the top, you will have to make compensations during the transition and downstroke.

Many times the pros will break down their swing into different segments, concentrating on just one portion of the swing at a time.

The next time you find yourself on the driving range, let everything else go and simply concentrate on bringing your club back slowly and maintaining your balance.

See how easily everything else comes into play!
