The questions we are facing are not so much "should we do this?" as "how do we do this?"

M&A activity is still going strong, LBOs have been an active force, globalization has become a reality, and there are still some companies growing the old-fashioned way - organically through growth in sales and revenues.

In the coming months we plan on doing a series of articles focused on growth strategies, from equity and debt options to more basic (and some exotic) strategies.
