Now Available!

Registry Users Guide now available!

CHEERS® has added the Support Section to make downloadable PDF documents available to Raters and Analysts with  the click of a mouse.

We created this Support Section for a few reasons. The first and foremost is to make available information and or documents that assist in making the Raters and Analysts jobs easier. This is accomplished by allowing this information to be downloaded with the latest updates at your convenience. This also helps save on the money, time and effort involved in the mailing of these items.

We do recommend checking the Support Section frequently as we are adding new documents regularly as well as making enhancements to existing documents. In the document name a date or year will be included. This will help identify if you have the latest version or not.

We currently have the most recent Registry User's Guide as well as a document written by Douglas Beaman on the modified verification process of TXV's. We will soon be adding additional documents such as the current fee schedule, the Services Fee Agreement and rater renewal forms.

To access the Support Section of the CHEERS Registry, you must first be logged into the CHEERS Registry. Once in, the Support button is in the upper right hand corner and only needs to be clicked once.

If you do not remember your login and/or password to get into the CHEERS Registry, please contact us at 1-800-4-CHEERS or email  Dcarton@cheers.org.
