In the last few years, the nature of our industry has changed dramatically. CHEERS has had to change too, in order to remain a progressive, reliable and strategically focused organization that our stakeholders have known for more than a decade. We are continuously working at how we do business in this ever changing environment.

To successfully achieve these changes, we need the contribution of every stakeholder. That is why I would like to hear from you. Your input will help us form the strategies necessary for CHEERS and the HERS industry to succeed.

We have contracted with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) to conduct a stakeholder survey over the summer. The survey includes questions about CHEERS, your understanding of CHEERS processes and the energy efficiency industry.

Your feedback will help us strengthen our organization, improve communications, and evolve our capabilities to respond to changes in the external environment.
